I have always had a great experience with Nadia since seeing her for the first time last Feb. At the time she spotted serious concerns with my right eye at sent me to Moorfields eye hospital where I needed emergency surgery. Had she not done that I might have lost the sight in that eye. I remain grateful and will always continue to see her.

I came back the next day to discuss cancelling part of my order as after checking my budget I could not afford the deal I had been recommended. I was told this was impossible as the glasses were already being produced. I felt I was not given enough time to think over my order and how much money I was spending. As such, I do not believe I will be returning to Boots in the future

Ordered trial lenses. They never showed up - huge waste of my time. Constant hassle of being between the old D+A system and new Boots Opticians system - quite sick of it all and considering switching. Staff pleasant enough but I am tired of the terrible beaurocracy.
